And we certainly gave her a workout! Jane and team were wonderful to work with throughout the home buying process! The Nashville market is *crazy* and I trust no one else but her team.
Our search lasted around 6 months. Jane offered to pick us up, sacrificing many weekends, to cart us around to each showing. She met us where we were at in more ways than one.
As first time homebuyers, her many years of expertise was invaluable. She explained so much of the process to us: common industry tactics, explanations for the oddities of a given home, her guidance on crafting competitive offers, and more.

One impression that particularly sticks out was our initial phone call where she asked me if I knew how realtors made money. I had had a vague idea and told her, but she made sure I understood the specifics. It seems small, and yet at the time, I'd spoken to a number of realtors who offered to get me into their system and told me to reach out with any questions. I didn't know what meaningful questions to ask aside from the obvious ones. Jane made sure to ask ME questions- not treating me like just another client.

There were so many more examples of that that I could go on and on, but suffice to say if you're in the Nashville area and not using Jane, you're making a mistake. Jane, Meg, and everyone else behind the scenes will make sure you're taken care of.

We're about a month into living in our new home and I know we wouldn't be here without them! Thank you, thank you, thank you. We'll definitely be using Jane Campbell Team for all our future Nashville realtor needs!
